What I love about Better By the Bay is where the early birds and hustlers meet. It’s fast, fun, and fiercely effective. Better by the Bay is for people who don’t have time to waste but still wants to crush their goals (and maybe crack a smile doing it 🤣).

Being part of Better by The Bay Wellness Collective has been such a game-changer for me. I love that the workouts start early—at 5:15 AM I’m already moving, and by 6 AM I’m finished and ready to take on my day. Starting my mornings this way gives me energy, focus, and a sense of accomplishment before most people are even awake.Since joining, I’ve seen positive physical gains, but the benefits go far beyond that. I’m performing better at work, I feel more at peace in my personal life, and I carry more confidence into everything I do. The flexibility of virtual workouts has been huge for me as well—whether I’m traveling for work or personal reasons, I never have to miss a session.This program has helped me become stronger not just in body, but in every aspect of my life.
